If the dispensary employee is not aware that the body odor is the reason people cringe when they enter a room, the employee could incorrectly blame their co-workers’ or manager’s reactions to them on something else completely. This is one reason this should be addressed as soon as possible. If issues are allowed to linger, that only increases the risk that the employee with the body odor problem may be subject to ridicule by their colleagues. Do approach the person.
Legitimate Dispensary Worker Odor Issues
If the complaint is legitimate, it’s important to address it quickly. A Dispensary Budtender with bad hygiene can reflect poorly on a company, particularly if the worker interacts in person with clients, customers or the public. HR or a dispensary manager should handle the issue because peer-to-peer conversations about the matter can be less effective and can lack the gravity of a supervisor-to-subordinate conversation.

At the same time, you are also trying to get the message across that the person needs to do something about this or disciplinary action could result.
One approach is to say something along the lines of ‘I want to let you know that your deodorant isn’t working. You may want to try another brand.‘ “This way, the speaker comes across as presuming the person already takes steps to deal with body odor but lets them know they need to try something else. Do be sensitive to cultural norms and medical conditions. A dispensary workplace policy should recognize that an employee’s religious, ethical or moral beliefs or an employee’s medical condition or disability may prevent them from complying with the policy as written. If there is an underlying medical condition causing the odor, ask the employee to obtain a doctor’s noteregarding the condition and the doctor’s recommendation for handling it. In such circumstances, there should be reasonable accommodations for disabilities and religious beliefs.
Can the person work from home? Work in a different dispensary or workspace? Does the dispensary workplace need better ventilation?

Training Analytics Interface In The Works
It is an entry barrier for the cannabis industry who want to enhance the learning experience for workers. Currently, without any coding, the interface only offers a binary (yes or no) predictor about the chances that a given employee fails their marijuana training.
With the new proposed feature, a visual interface would allow users to manipulate and link the different “reusable parts” available on the engine to “create many models.” A no-coding-needed “Edit Model” functionality will enable users to build and refine their own predictions. The available data items can be used as Indicators (inputs) or Targets (outputs), and other model settings could be edited as well.

A look into the state of Oregon Liquor Control Commission(OLCC) highlights the importance of marijuana consumers and industry members choosing to participate in the legal market by embracing a strong regulatory structure that supports public safety, the industry, and consumers.
The state agency OLCC is responsible for regulating the production, processing, wholesaling, and retail sales of marijuana items for recreational use in the State of Oregon. They marijuana licenses and marijuana worker permits and oversees the Marijuana Education Course.
The OLCC is responsible for ensuring that marijuana licensees and worker permittees understand and comply with the laws and rules regarding recreational marijuana. The OLCC works with other state and local entities, including the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA), the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), local government officials and law enforcement to enforce recreational marijuana laws and rules.
All persons working in an OLCC-licensed recreational marijuana industry, including licensees, must have a valid Marijuana Worker Permit. You must be at least 21 years old to be eligible for a permit, this includes anyone working at an OLCC-licensed:

The Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) is an integral part of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission’s regulation of recreational marijuana products in the state’s legal consumer market. All OLCC licensees and their employees are required to use the CTS.
Oregon’s compliance cannabis training program displays the state’s effort to regulate a successful recreational marijuana market and it is designed for all those who want to work in the cannabis industry. The “Marijuana Worker Permit” is issued by the OLCC when a learns scores a minimum of 70% that is required to pass the test.
The exam for the “Marijuana Worker Permit” was established by the OLCC and it is Oregon’s official cannabis compliance training will help prepare you for this exam. Individuals who pass the test will be issued a certificate of completion with a certificate number that you will need to upload along with your application.

The employee should note in the training acknowledgment that he or she received however many hours of training on sexual and other unlawful forms of harassment. The acknowledgment should note that the training covered state and federal laws, the company’s legal obligations regarding harassment and other best practices for preventing workplace harassment.
The acknowledgment also should include the statement, ‘I understand and will conduct myself in a manner consistent with the company’s harassment policy. I understand the company’s complaint and reporting procedure‘.

It is recommended putting copies of the sign-in sheet in each employee’s personnel file and an acknowledgment would simply state, ‘The dispensary employee (name) has completed a (length of the course) anti-harassment training course on (date),’ with the dispensary worker’s signature.

Sometimes employees volunteer at the end of anti-harassment training that they’ve been harassed, in which case they should be directed to report to HR, and the trainer should alert HR.
Cannabis employers that are trying to encourage previously silent victims to come forward might consider asking employees to take an anonymous survey. But the best way of encouraging reporting is fostering an atmosphere of trust by adopting and following clear and well-publicized policies for reporting and investigating harassment in the workplace.

How Can Cannabis Aid With Depression
Although it cannot be understood as a life-threatening disorder at first, depression can easily spiral out of control when left untreated, and what’s worst about it is that it lowers the everyday quality of life for its sufferers. That doesn’t really come as a surprise when we take into consideration the number of completely different ailments cannabis is beneficial for. As for depression, there are two (2) important factors we should consider:
